Wingate by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells Waterpark

HEATED INDOOR KIDDIE POOL WITH SLIDES WAS BEYOND GREAT. It is amazing for my 3y and 5y friend. Kids can entertain themselves easily all day there, even if it rains. When they got cold from constant in and out of pool, they could warm up at the tub that has comfortable temperature. Beds are clean and comfortable. Laundry is only 2.5 in quarters per wash, 2.50 for drying. Snacks on hand are great. We ate all the ice cream. They had a spare toothbrush, which saved me. I had friends staying over at a different place, and the manager accommodated us with visitors' pass for small surcharge so that the kids could play together in the pool. Outside is amazing as well with fun rides for kids 3 and up. Chairs by the pool are in great shape. Everything is checked multiple times a day by the staff and kept clean. I saw them regularly walk around the pool furniture, check garbage cans, clean hallways, windows, and housekeeping, which is polite as well as the front staff. Engineers are running around the property fixing things, tightening screws. Our room had a working TV, microwave, coffee maker, and a cooler. AC and heat worked fantastic. The hotel has free parking and plenty of spots. Breakfast is run by an elegant Polish lady, and you can tell all is in order. No mistakes, 830am is the busiest time on the weekend, and yet they can accommodate a large number of guests and small children. It's better than drive thru service, although everything is self served. I have a really positive experience. As a plus, the hotel offers Noah's arch free everyday passes, which I didn't care for. I liked the hotel accommodations for our small child better. If you really want to be amazing, be a step ahead of other hotels and offer indoor children play area or common room for kids to play when raining. But, the pools are fantastic.

I liked how it made me feel like I had a home away from home. I had 4 kids in my room and 2 adults and the room was very spacious. Best hotel I stayed at by far. Definitely would be coming back and would definitely recommend to anyone who is going to stay in Wisconsin Dells.

This is the 2nd time we came back to this hotel (back in July 2021) and it was what we remembered; great pools to choose from, great breakfast included and modern, updated rooms! They are always cleaning and tidying up the pool areas or cleaning around the hotel. I love the convenience factor of where this hotel is located. I definitely would come back to the hotel, but would book directly with the hotel (they price match the travel sites) so I can get my wyndham points. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Good view to see firework. Great swimming pool indoor and out door for my 6 yr old. Commute close to Noah ark water park. Book through their website they will give all wristbands to Noah ark unless you and your family do not plan to go to Noah ark.
